In 2019 Brendan Maguire passed away tragically at age 29, leaving behind an amazing legacy of love and good works. His family is determined to continue this legacy on his behalf, in his memory, and the BTM Fund is the vehicle established to do it.

Over the past five years, the BTM Fund has provided scholarships to sixteen college-bound students from Braintree High School. Brendan was a proud and accomplished graduate of BHS, and we are sure he would be happy to help fellow graduates further their education.

The BTM Fund has also supported various local cancer support organizations -- including Marisa's Mission, Lucy's Love Bus and Tommy's Place, all actively helping patients and their families lighten the load of stress and financial burden inherent in cancer treatment.

Brendan's battle with cancer was sadly short. He never had to endure the hardship of extended treatment, but we know he would be pleased to help children and families facing those immense challenges.

To date, the BTM Fund has expended $57,000 in support of these causes.

Brendan put his heart and soul into his work at Rugged Maniac for seven years, and this tribute to him by EACH OF YOU is very meaningful to the entire Maguire family. Thank you.
